Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for building rapport? If so, we have an exciting Telesales Representative role that offers an opportunity to leverage your B2C telesales experience and make a real difference!

As Telesales Representative you will be part of that mission, you’ll build relationships and influence, converting incoming inquiries into appointments for our high-performing field sales team. No cold calling!

You will be the welcoming voice of Stiltz Homelifts and …

• Convert incoming customer inquiries to appointments for our field sales team.
• Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
• Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database.

The role of Telesales Representative is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
