I’ve been working at Stiltz for the past three years and I’m part of the awesome ROW (Rest Of the World) Team. I’m currently looking after the Italian market. These past few years have been quite challenging yet very rewarding. It has been great to play a role in the continuous growth we had, especially in the last couple of years. My manager and colleagues are all very supportive which makes the work environment very pleasant. We always find ways to motivate each other and we’re always up for a good laugh! Here at Stiltz you don’t feel like you’re ‘just a number’, personally I feel valued and I know that I can always speak freely with my Manager in case of any concern or doubt.
