This list is built on the same Trust Index© survey behind our recent Great Place to Work Certification in the UK and US. 

The results reflected the "Be Nice, Make it Easy" values that guide the way we work. Colleagues pointed to the trust built with their managers through Stiltz's Management Academy and Mastering Management training programmes, regularly describing them as approachable. That same focus on culture has driven significant engagement growth across our build, installation and servicing teams, following the introduction of Gold Standards training for field-based colleagues.
